News Submission Guidelines

Faculty and Student Awards

For major faculty and student awards, please email details and a link or attachment of the citation or original source material to biowebgroup@ucsd.edu. Please provide material at least 2 weeks in advance of its anticipated publish date so that there is enough time for internal vetting and additional content creation if necessary.

Research News Releases

If you are a division faculty member and have a forthcoming journal publication that may have broad public interest and could be a candidate for a research news release, please contact:

Important Note: Because news releases must be completed before the publication date of the journal article, it is best to contact Mario as soon as your paper has been accepted by the journal.

If you are a division faculty member and have a recent, noteworthy publication that you would like to have featured in the Select Publications list on the division home page, please discuss it with your section chair and have him or her send it to biowebgroup@ucsd.edu.
