Promoter Sequence Retrieval and Analysis
Enter a list of Affymetrix probe identifiers or AGI identifiers to get the promoter sequences from our database. You will then be given the option to send them to MEME for analysis. MEME (Multiple EM for Motif Elicitation) is a motif analysis tool at the San Diego Supercomputer Center.
Batch Coding Sequence Retrieval
Receive the coding sequence of various genes on the Affymetrix chip by submitting Affymetrix identifiers or AGI identifiers (Atxgxxx). This will only work for identifiers that are on the Affymetrix chip.
