SpoIIIE-gfp

The background is a field of sporulating B. subtilis stained with Mitotracker Green FM (green) and FM 4-64 (red). The foreground is a sporangium at an early stage of engulfment, the membranes are stained with FM 4-64 and the DNA with DAPI, the green focus is a GFP fusion to the SpoIIIE protein.
