Project Scientist Position

Section of Cell & Developmental Biology

The Section of Cell & Developmental Biology in the Division of Biological Sciences at UCSD invites applications for a new non-faculty position at the Assistant Project Scientist level. Applicants must have at least 5 years of experience in imaging, molecular biology, biochemistry and in vitro biology is required. The applicant should have demonstrated expertise in the following areas: live cell imaging, biochemical reconstitution of biological processes, sirna, cloning, sequencing and protein purification. Candidates must have a Ph.D., M.D., or an equivalent degree and publications in top scientific journals are necessary.
