Index Listing For Undergraduate Lecture Courses (Contact Biological Sciences Student Affairs-Undergraduate for Index Authorization)

These index numbers are intended for use to cover UNDERGRADUATE teaching costs associated with the respective COURSE NUMBER classroom instruction.  The index number is authorized for use ONLY by the faculty with a current teaching assignment and is limited to allowable costs of course materials. NO RESEARCH-RELATED EXPENSES ARE ELIGIBLE FOR THESE FUNDS.  Typical expense categories include: AV and OLR services, exam copy costs, and selective supplies used for direct course instruction (e.g. paper, pens, transparencies).

SPECIAL NOTE: This list does NOT include Undergrad LABORATORY courses.  Faculty and associates should contact the Lab Admin staff for spending needs (and index numbers) related to LAB courses.
