you are receiving or sending material such as
reagents, animals, biological material, etc please
contact our office because there are forms to
be completed.
Alternatively
you can download the forms from the Office of
Contract and Grant Administration (OCGA) at http://ocga2.ucsd.edu/.
Choose "Material Transfer Requests" from
the menu on the left. The completed form and
agreement have to be forwarded to Carroll
Ekberg at 0934.
